About LiMao Travel

Huxiang Zhuocheng

Zhuo = no shortcuts, no tricks, no false advertising.
Cheng = sincere to guests, sincere to employees, sincere to society.

ZHUŌ · Clumsy Diligence
No shortcuts or tricks. Every clause in the contract body and appendix matches exactly — we'd rather spend three extra hours verifying than leave a single loophole. The hotel name listed is the hotel you'll actually stay at — you can call and verify yourself. No "equivalent substitution" — what's confirmed is what you get.
CHÉNG · Sincere & Honest
No false advertising. Satisfaction is a multidimensional result, not a slogan — we break it down into ten verifiable commitments written into the contract, with double compensation for any breach. Our revenue structure means we have zero incentive to take you shopping. When issues arise, the whole team has your back — no one passing the buck.
Why We Do Travel

An Experience That Made Us Go It Alone

It's not about "loving travel" or "wanting to show more people the world" — it's because we've seen enough of how this industry treats customers.

Over a Decade in Travel — Four Things We Could No Longer Stomach
First, contract fraud. The body says "2-person private group," the appendix fine print says "2-6 person shared group." Most contracts in this industry have traps — not by accident, by design.

Second, hotel bait-and-switch. Promised a RMB 2,000/night cabin, arrived to find an RMB 800/night 15-square-meter room. You're already there — what can you do?

Third, outsourcing and reselling. You think you're getting brand-name service, but your booking has already passed through three hands — sales → planner → local operator → driver. With every handoff, something gets cut and something gets added.

Fourth, fake no-shopping tours. The itinerary doesn't say "shopping stop" — it says "Three Treasures," "local specialty visit," "scenic-area shop." Different names, same game. On Yunnan routes, "Three Treasures" is industry-wide code for a shopping stop.
The Decision: Rebuild Trust in Travel from the Ground Up
Not "improving" — rebuilding. Vehicles, driver-guides, and hotels — all owned and managed in-house, no middlemen. One team fully online and accountable — at least one person from your travel consultant, driver-guide, quality control, or company leadership is in your group chat. Not a messenger — someone who can actually make decisions.

Satisfaction isn't just talk. We break it down into three dimensions: no deception (ten commitments, double compensation for breaches), more value for the same money (structural value-add), and someone has your back when things go wrong (team fully online). Focused on overseas Chinese inbound travel, 19 major destinations covering all of China. One standard, no downgrades.
Who Serves You

A Team, Not Just One Person

Traditional travel: sales takes order → hands to planner → hands to local operator → hands to driver. With every handoff, information gets lost. When problems arise, each person only knows their own slice.

📱
Travel Consultant · Pre-sale, In-trip & Post-trip Throughout
Your first point of contact. More than just sales — they stay with you after booking: pre-trip planning, in-trip coordination, post-trip follow-up. Same person from start to finish. No handoffs, no passing the buck.
🚗
Driver-Guide · On-Site Companion
Local driver-guides who understand overseas Chinese habits — directly selected, directly managed, and paid a fixed salary by the brand. Not a driver hired on the spot. If service falls short, contact your consultant — the driver-guide won't deflect, and the consultant won't hide.
🛡️
Quality Supervisor
Independent from the consultant and driver-guide, spot-checking every link. Post-trip follow-up: vehicle condition, driver-guide attitude, whether the hotel matched the confirmation. Not just asking and forgetting — it goes into an improvement loop.
👤
Company Leadership · In Your Group Chat
At least one company leader is in your communication group. Any issue — the top decision-maker is one message away. No transfers, no waiting for replies, no "let me ask someone." OTAs can't do this — they're platform intermediaries, and their leadership isn't in guest conversations.

The direct-operation structure itself is the constraint. When a traditional travel agency has a problem at one destination, it only affects that route — they just rebrand and keep selling. We share one brand and one team across all destinations — a complaint in Xinjiang affects the reputation of Yunnan, East China, Xi'an, and every other destination. One bad destination, and the whole brand's livelihood is at stake. It's not about self-discipline — the structure forces accountability.

How We Do It

Direct Operations — Not Just Talk

The four most common words in travel are "equivalent substitution" — which really means swapping for something else on the spot. Direct operations structurally eliminate this.

🚗
Your Vehicle
Owned, dispatched, and inspected by the brand. All three permits in order. Not a vehicle cobbled together from the market. Every kilometer this vehicle travels is under brand management.
🧑
Your Driver-Guide
Fixed salary. Income has nothing to do with shopping — zero incentive to take you to shops. Brand-selected, brand-trained, brand-paid. Service quality backed by the brand.
🏨
Your Hotel Room
The hotel name is sent to you before departure — the name listed is where you'll stay. You can call and verify yourself. What's confirmed is what you get. No "equivalent substitution."
📄
Your Contract
PDF sent before departure, signed online before you arrive in China. Body and appendix match word for word. No fine-print surprises. Nationwide unified travel e-contract — the signing entity equals the business license entity.
Our Commitments

Ten Commitments, Double Compensation for Breaches

Each one addresses a pitfall that guests repeatedly fall into on travel review platforms. Each one is written into the contract. Each breach carries financial consequences. See details on the Ten Commitments.

01-10
Ten Hard Commitments Written into the Contract
All-inclusive pricing · Pure sightseeing, no shopping stops · Hotel name guaranteed · Contract body = appendix · No tipping solicited · Vehicle stays the same throughout · No skipped attractions · RMB 500,000 insurance · No outsourcing or group abandonment · One vehicle, one group, no shared tours.
Compensation
Double Compensation for Any Breach
Whichever link is breached, double the cost of that link is compensated. Problem resolution and compensation are executed independently — one does not offset the other. If a hotel is unavailable and not the originally confirmed one, we will arrange a higher standard; if a higher standard cannot be met, double compensation applies.
Boundaries

What We Don't Do

Admitting what we can't do requires more honesty than boasting about what we can.

We don't do "cheapest" tours. Our prices are not the lowest — the reason we cost more is that we don't subsidize profits with shopping kickbacks, don't combine groups to cut costs, and don't swap hotels to save money. Suitable for guests who want peace of mind, not for those purely comparison-shopping on price.
We don't do "checklist-rush" itineraries. Only 2-3 stops per day. No early wake-ups, no late nights, no eating lunch on the bus. If you want to hit 5 attractions a day — our pace isn't right for you.
We don't take shared groups. Your vehicle is your vehicle. No strangers, no mixing guests from different travel agencies into one vehicle. Private group, one vehicle, one booking.
We don't outsource or resell. We won't hand you off to another travel agency. From day one to the last day, it's LiMao Travel people serving you.

Deep Review, Not Just Passing Messages
Every piece of customer feedback enters an improvement loop. You say the hotel has poor soundproofing — next time at that same hotel, we switch room types or switch hotels. Not "noted, we'll pay attention next time" — we actually change things.
Study Competitors, Don't Copy Them
350+ high-engagement pitfall posts on travel platforms, analyzed one by one. Where competitors lose points, we gain them. Not to catch competitors out — but to ensure we never make the same mistakes.
Fixed Salaries for Driver-Guides, No Kickback Loopholes
The biggest trust vulnerability in travel is the driver-guide's income source. Fixed salary for driver-guides = no shopping motive = you don't have to guard against them. Simple, but most travel agencies won't do it — because kickbacks are their main profit.
Hunan Team, Focused on Chinese-Speaking Inbound Travel
Chenzhou (Operations Division I) + Changsha (Operations Division II), focused on overseas Chinese inbound travel. 19 major destinations covering all of China, one team fully online and accountable.
