Travel Consultant
Own the full client experience from pre-trip planning and itinerary coordination through post-trip follow-up. You're responsible for each guest's satisfaction end-to-end, not just passing off bookings.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Familiar with Chinese cultural norms. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain service standards while multitasking. Travel industry experience preferred. Remote or based in Chenzhou/Changsha.
Driver-Guide
On-site accompaniment at destinations, building trust through professional service. Fixed salary — income depends on service quality, not shopping.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Hold valid tourism transport licenses. Familiar with destination road conditions, culture, and history. Strong service mindset and communication skills. Multiple locations: Xinjiang, Yunnan, Sichuan, Xi'an, Beijing, etc.
Quality Supervisor
Independent from the operations team, responsible for service quality audits and improvement cycles. Post-trip follow-ups on vehicle condition, driver-guide performance, and hotel standards — identifying systemic issues from data and driving improvements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years in the travel industry. Willing to travel. Data analysis skills. Based in Chenzhou/Changsha.
Social Media Specialist
Create content based on real client experiences. Travel logs, client feedback, destination culture — presented truthfully, never artificially embellished.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Content creation experience on Xiaohongshu/WeChat Channels. Able to independently handle topic selection, filming, editing, and publishing. Travel content experience preferred. Based in Chenzhou/Changsha.
