FAQ

About commitments, team, itineraries, payments, visas, and more — all your questions answered here.

Why is our customer satisfaction so high?
Satisfaction comes from three dimensions: First, no deception — Ten Commitments written into the contract, double compensation for any single breach; Second, more value for the same price — structural enhancements (high-speed rail to Jiuzhaigou saving 6 hours on mountain roads, full Duku Highway route, complete Erhai Lake loop, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Cableway, first entry at every scenic spot); Third, someone has your back when things go wrong — a travel consultant follows through pre-trip, during, and post-trip; direct management of driver-guides; independent quality inspections; at least one company leader in the group chat.
What are the Ten Commitments? What happens if there's a breach?
1. All-inclusive pricing (no extra payments after arrival) 2. Pure sightseeing, no shopping stops 3. Hotel confirmed upon booking (the hotel name provided is the final accommodation; otherwise upgraded to a better one) 4. The main contract matches all appendices 5. Driver-guide does not solicit tips 6. The vehicle will not be changed during the trip 7. No skipped attractions 8. 500,000 RMB travel accident insurance 9. No subcontracting, no dropping guests mid-tour 10. One booking, one vehicle, no group merging. Breach consequences: Double compensation applies to any breached item (written into the contract; paid upon breach). Problem resolution and compensation are handled independently. For hotel situations, we first attempt to upgrade to a higher standard; if upgrade is impossible, compensation follows the breach terms.
How does the team operate?
Travel Consultant (the person communicating with you — follows through pre-trip, during, and post-trip) + Driver-Guide (is familiar with the preferences of overseas Chinese travelers, on fixed salary, no shopping involvement) + Quality Supervisor (independent audits, not under the sales department) + At least one company leader in the group chat (to make decisions on escalated issues). We don't just hand groups over to driver-guides and step back — the entire chain is in the brand's hands.
Are there really no shopping stops?
Really. Driver-guides are on fixed salary — their income has nothing to do with shopping, so they have no incentive to take you to shops. You won't find any shopping stops on the itinerary — not a single one. This is written into the contract — any violation is subject to double compensation.
Will the hotel be changed at the last minute?
No. The hotel name provided before departure is the final accommodation. If exceptional circumstances prevent us from securing the original booking, we always upgrade to a higher standard, with the price difference covered by LiMao. Any deviation from the agreement is subject to double compensation. When the original hotel is genuinely unavailable, we first attempt to upgrade to a higher standard; if upgrade is impossible, compensation follows the breach terms. Problem resolution and compensation are handled independently.
Will the signed contract change?
No. The digital and paper versions match clause by clause — no differing terms between the contract and its appendices. A PDF is sent for review before departure, and you can sign online before arriving in China. We sign China's national standard tourism e-contract; the contracting party is the entity on our business license.
What payment methods are supported?
Bank transfer (SGD / RM / RMB), PayNow (Singapore), TNG (Malaysia). Quotes are displayed in USD or MYR — no currency exchange hassles. A deposit confirms the itinerary. Balance payment is flexible — payable upon arrival in China, and especially cautious guests can pay the day before completing their trip.
Do you only offer destinations in China? Will there be other options in the future?
We focus on overseas Chinese inbound travel. 19 major destinations cover all of China, with multiple sub-destinations under each that can be freely combined and customized. One team fully online and accountable throughout — vehicles and driver-guides are directly managed, and hotels are arranged directly by us.
Do I need a visa to visit China?
Many passport holders can enter China visa-free for 30 days. Before departure, our travel consultant provides online guidance on filling out the arrival card to ensure smooth entry. If there are special circumstances, the travel consultant will inform you of required documents in advance.
Is there travel insurance?
Yes. Each person receives 500,000 RMB travel accident insurance, included in the trip cost — no extra payment needed. Policy information is delivered along with the itinerary plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
30+ days before departure: full refund. 15–30 days before departure: 70% refund. 7–15 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 7 days of departure: non-refundable. We recommend confirming your itinerary early to lock in dates and hotels.
How is luggage handled? Is the vehicle spacious enough?
Overseas guests typically bring more luggage — we've fully accounted for this. A group of 4 travels in a 7-seat MPV; each person can bring at least one large suitcase plus one carry-on. For larger groups or extra luggage, the travel consultant will communicate in advance about upgrading to a larger vehicle. The vehicle will not be changed during the trip — written into the contract.
What should we keep in mind when traveling with children or older family members?
For older travelers, please inform us of health conditions in advance so we can assess whether the itinerary intensity is suitable. For children, ticket discounts and bed arrangements are handled by age: children sharing a bed with parents pay a reduced rate; those needing their own bed are charged at adult rates. Details are specified in the itinerary plan, and the travel consultant will explain everything item by item.
What language does the driver-guide speak? What if there's a communication problem?
Driver-guides primarily speak Chinese and are familiar with the communication styles of overseas Chinese. The travel consultant provides bilingual (Chinese-English) online support and can assist with translation and communication at any time. If there are any language barriers, the travel consultant will help coordinate in the background.
Are international flights included?
International flights are not included. The trip cost covers ground transportation within China, driver-guide, hotels, entrance tickets, insurance, and more. If you need airline or flight recommendations, the travel consultant can offer recommendations and remind you of flight times.
Can the itinerary be adjusted on the go?
Yes. The travel consultant is available throughout your trip — any reasonable request can be communicated at any time. She can coordinate vehicles and driver-guides and will do her best to accommodate within feasible limits. It's not a rigid fixed itinerary — if you want to stay a bit longer, switch restaurants, or add a small attraction on the fly, just let the travel consultant know.
What should I prepare before departure?
The travel consultant will send a detailed pre-trip checklist: documents (passport, arrival card), clothing (based on destination season), medications, electronic devices, and more. Key reminders will be sent again before departure. Just follow the checklist — no need to worry about the rest.
