But we don't expect you to take our word for it. The 6 verification points below can all be checked by you, on your own — check them before you decide. That's worth more than any advertisement.

Verify 01 · Check the registered entity

Search the full company name — Chenzhou LiMao Travel Service Co., Ltd. — on Tianyancha, Qichacha or any business registry platform.

Why check this first: a company that signs contracts, receives payment and issues invoices under its own registered legal entity can't just disappear when something goes wrong. This is the most basic bar.

Verify 02 · Read the contract promises

Verbal promises don't count. Promises written into the contract do. All 10 Service Promises are written into the electronic contract, and violations are handled as promised:

Verify 03 · Look at real photos

Screenshots can be faked easily, but we publish verifiable physical evidence:

• Guest photo gallery — real travelers at real destinations, each labeled with the location, not stock photos
• Handwritten thank-you letters — handwriting and correction marks can't be fabricated.

The original letters are kept at our office — you're welcome to visit and see them.

Verify 04 · Check the official accounts

Impersonation is common in this industry. Before paying, verify that:

LiMao delivers hotel confirmations before departure, including the booking number, hotel name and check-in dates — you can call the hotel yourself to confirm they're real. The full electronic contract is signed online before you arrive in China, not on site.
