What's Included & Excluded
Vehicle & Hotel
East China cities are close together, and hotels are part of the experience — Wuzhen accommodation is inside the scenic area, not outside it.
Minimum vehicle matching: 4 pax→7-seater / 6 pax→9-seater / 10 pax→≥17-seater minibus. Matched to group size + luggage, never cramped.
Itinerary Design Logic
Not random attractions strung together — every pacing decision has a reason.
Pitfall Comparison: Industry Norm vs Our Approach
Industry norm: Disney uses agency "group tickets" — during peak season, 3–4 hour queues per attraction, only 2–3 rides in a full day; no Early Entry Pass / Premier Access included; some itineraries vaguely claim "Disney included" then demand extra payment on arrival. Shanghai hotels advertised as "downtown" are actually in Songjiang/Jiading, 1.5 hours to the Bund; Wuzhen accommodation is outside the scenic area, 10 km away in town.
Our approach: Disney transfers are baseline service; Disney placed on Day 6 after mild-pace preceding days for full energy. Shanghai hotels are highly-rated 4-diamond within a reasonable city-center range; hotel names shared before departure as final accommodation. Wuzhen overnight inside Xizha scenic area — open your window to the water lane, wake up to mist rising from the canals.
Industry norm: Humble Administrator's Garden / Lingering Garden given only 40 minutes — not enough to complete a walkthrough; Hanshan Temple incense ¥80 (¥5 at roadside shops); West Lake boat ride 1 hour, Leifeng Pagoda and Lingyin Temple both skipped; daily 6:30 AM departure — "more intense than going to work"; promised 20-person pure-sightseeing group turns into 40+ person shopping group (guide: "kids don't count as people").
Our approach: Suzhou full Day 2, Hangzhou full Day 4, Wuzhen Day 3 as buffer — no rush, no fatigue. Relaxed start times — Suzhou 9 AM departure, Hangzhou 8:30 AM departure; elderly and kids don't have to gather yawning in the hotel lobby. One vehicle per booking, no joining strangers; contract states the group size, word for word.
