Will the contract change after signing?

No. It's a full e-contract with consistent terms across all clauses — no hidden discrepancies. A PDF is sent for review before departure; you can sign online before traveling to China. We use the national unified tourism e-contract, and the contracting entity matches our business license.

How do I pay the balance?

A deposit confirms your itinerary. The balance is collected flexibly — you can pay after arriving in China, and especially cautious guests can pay the day before the trip ends. Payment methods: bank transfer (USD/RMB), PayNow (Singapore), TNG (Malaysia).

All-Inclusive

No extra charges upon arrival. All optional activities confirmed item-by-item before departure.

Pure Sightseeing, No Shops

Zero shopping stops on the itinerary. Not hidden in fine print — simply none.

Hotel Confirmed = Booked

The hotel name you're told is where you'll stay. In exceptional cases, you'll always be upgraded to a higher standard — the price difference is on us.

Contract = Appendix

Full e-contract with consistent terms throughout. PDF sent for review before departure; sign online before traveling to China.

No Tipping Solicited

Fixed salary — income unrelated to shopping or tips. If we discover in post-trip follow-ups that tips were solicited, severe penalties will apply.

Vehicle as Promised

The vehicle type and capacity promised are what you'll get. All three permits are verified, and the vehicles are owned and managed by us.

No Skipped Attractions

Every attraction in the contract will be visited. No skipping stops with excuses like "not enough time" or "road closure."

RMB 500,000 Travel Insurance

Included in the price, no extra charge. This isn’t the minimum coverage tier, and there’s no "pay RMB 60 more to get it" upsell.

Why OTA Platforms Can’t Match a Direct-Operation Model

A major OTA was placed under investigation by China's State Administration for Market Regulation in January 2026. Platform commissions put heavy pressure on suppliers, leaving little room for service investment. LiMao charges 0% commission — no middleman markup.

As a platform intermediary, its tiered commissions can reach 30–40% — base 8–10% + gold-tier 13–15% + premium-tier 15–20% + traffic tools 5–10%. Supplier margins squeezed, service investment limited. 45-day settlement cycle. It has been under investigation by China's SAMR since January 2026.

Budget OTA

As a platform intermediary, it can’t control the driver-guides who actually deliver the service. When issues arise, platform "coordination" ≠ accountability — suppliers can re-register under a new name and keep selling. The commission may look low on the surface (6.5% + annual fee RMB 15K), but full refund only at RMB 360,000 in annual sales — rules favor the platform, not guests.
